Access Point MikroTik NetMetal ac2 The new dual-band access point NetMetal ac² (RBD23UGS-5HPacD2HnD-NM) is reliable, easy to use, and extremely efficient. It is the best way to utilize hardware acceleration for IPsec in backhaul networks. The NetMetal ac² is ready to handle heavy loads, as it features an improved 4-core IPQ-4019 processor running at 716 MHz and 256 MB of RAM. The device is equipped with one Gigabit Ethernet port, an SFP port for fiber connection, a miniPCIe slot for LTE or other wireless modems (cards), a Micro SIM slot for mobile operator cards, and a USB type A port. The NetMetal ac² is a versatile addition for all types of installations. Two RP-SMA connectors allow you to add an antenna of your choice. If necessary, you can adapt the NetMetal ac² for use in lower bands with antennas such as the built-in omnidirectional antenna unit HGO-antenna-OUT (not included; available for separate order). The housing has an IP54 protection rating, providing splash resistance from any angle, yet it can still be opened and closed with one hand. Very convenient in harsh conditions!
