1. Definitions
• Internet store – a website available on the Internet where goods are offered for sale.
• Customer – an individual or legal entity that places an order.
• Order – a properly executed request by the Customer for the purchase of Goods.
• Transport company – a third party providing delivery services of the Goods to the Customer.
2. General Provisions
• This Agreement is concluded between the Buyer and the Online Store (represented by the site administrator) at the time of placing an order.
• By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of this Agreement is the act of placing an order through the website of the Online Store.
• Any individual or legal entity able to accept and pay for the goods may place an online order.
• The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The Customer undertakes to regularly review possible changes.
3. Order Processing
• To process the Order, the Customer must provide accurate and up-to-date contact details. The Seller is not responsible for errors in the information provided.
• Orders can be placed directly in the Online Store.
• After completing the Order, the Customer will receive information about the expected delivery date.
• If the Customer orders more Goods than are currently available, the Seller will inform the Customer by e-mail or phone. The Customer may:
• agree to receive the Goods in the available quantity, or
• cancel the unavailable items.
If the Customer does not reply within 3 days, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the unavailable items.
• The goods are presented in the catalog with photo samples and text descriptions. Actual items may slightly differ from the photos (shade, pattern, color, etc.).
• If a prepaid Order is canceled within 1 day after advance payment, the prepayment is fully refunded. After 1 day, the Customer is obliged to redeem the order.
4. Payment
• The Customer may choose one of the available payment methods when placing an order.
• All payments must be made in the currency specified on the website.
• In case of online card payment, the Customer is redirected to a secure payment page of the acquiring bank. The Seller does not process or store card details.
• For “Payment upon receipt,” the Customer must pay in full upon delivery (to the courier or at the pick-up point).
• For bank transfer (cashless payment), the Order is processed only after confirmation of payment is received by the Seller.
Available Payment Methods:

• Payment via terminal
• Bank transfer (cashless payment)
5. Delivery
• Delivery time depends on the availability of goods in the warehouse.
• If the ordered goods are in stock, delivery takes 1–2 weeks, depending on the region.
• If the goods are not in stock, the maximum delivery time is up to 1 month. On average, orders are delivered within 2 weeks.
• If part of the goods is unavailable after 3 weeks, the Seller will ship the available items immediately and deliver the remaining goods later at the Seller’s expense.
6. Returns & Refunds
• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
• Within this period, the Customer may receive a refund or compensation.
• After 14 days, the goods are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
• The Customer’s personal data is used solely for order processing and delivery.
• The Seller undertakes not to disclose personal information to third parties, except in cases required by law or necessary for the fulfillment of the Order (e.g., transfer of data to the transport company).
8. Liability & Force Majeure
• The Seller is not liable for minor differences between product descriptions/photos and the actual goods.
• The Seller is not liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations caused by force majeure circumstances (war, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, technical failures, etc.).
• The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided when placing an order.
