Payment
At ForteTrade LTD, we maintain a transparent and secure payment process to ensure reliability and confidence for every customer.
We accept payments exclusively via SEPA bank transfer.
Cash, cheque, or card payments are not accepted.
All orders require 100% prepayment before processing. Once payment is received and confirmed, your order will be forwarded to the respective Supplier for preparation and dispatch.
Payments can be made in Euros (EUR) or another currency equivalent to the total Euro amount at the exchange rate determined by our bank at the time of receipt.
Customers are responsible for any bank transfer fees associated with SEPA or SWIFT payments.
Payment details will be provided in your Order Confirmation email after purchase.
Delivery
We deliver our products to most countries within the European Union.
Deliveries are handled by our third-party Suppliers or their logistics partners, who manage dispatch and transportation directly to customers.
Delivery times and costs depend on the Supplier and destination country.
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses during transportation once goods have been dispatched by the Supplier.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation once the order has been sent.
Please review delivery information carefully before completing your purchase.
Risk and Responsibility
Ownership and risk in the goods pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified address or to the carrier, whichever occurs first.
Inspect all goods immediately upon receipt. Any claims for missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
